My Mom turned 100 years old in June this year. She has to lie down on bed all the time because she is physically challenged and this has caused her an ulcer to develop on her lower back. The ulcer had reached to the stage four condition, but we're very thankful to God for sending Callan, a young, friendly, patient and professional nurse from InTouch Home Care in Santa Clara to take care of my mom. Callan is always on time, and if he behind schedule, he always lets us know ahead of time. Now my mom's ulcer condition has improved by at least 30%. Even my elder sister, who is a full time caregiver to my mom, feels comfortable and touched because of Callan's loving kindness to our family! Absolutely love this organization! My husband suffered a stroke and when the time came for him to return home from El Camino Hospital. I was terrified because his care depended mostly on me. Fortunately, Intouch Home Care came to the rescue with two excellent nurses, someone who oversaw the case, plus an occupational therapist and a physical therapist. They were all very qualified and professional and a great help to my husband and me. The care they gave, although sometimes perhaps even more than we ended up needing (this was my husband's second stroke and he knew how to recover more than a first timer), was uniformly excellent. Naz, the boss, was astoundingly kind and generous. She even loaned us an awesome lightweight wheelchair that was a dream to use. I recommend her and Intouch highly to anyone and would gladly use their services again, but I certainly hope I never have to.

Nurse Pina is absolutely amazing! She's a very compassionate and caring nurse. She has gone the extra mile and helped me feel comfortable. She has also been super flexible to help with my hectic schedule. I really appreciate everything Nurse Pina does for me. Knowing that Nurse Pina is my nurse, I actually don't mind doing my treatment every week.

On several occasions over at least three years, I found InTouch to be an excellent in home service of nurses and physiotherapists! This was true when I was coming home after a major surgery and it is true now after recent hospitalization. I contacted Irish and he told me that he will send what I needed. His bedside manners, efficiency, and complete understanding of the overall situation is absolutely unparalleled. As always, he delivered on his promise and he sent Annie and Dr. Nick to my rescue. In general, it has been my experience that doctors and surgeons are great in what they do. But it is up to day-to-day and step-by-step encouragement, support, medical knowledge of the in home services to really make thing happen in practice. Dr. Nick, professionally, compassionately, and patiently explained and demonstrated each and every needed move in the Physiotherapy that I needed to master to start my recovery in walking. "Now you do it!" is his trade mark to make sure I learned every detailed. Annie, is an excellent professional and caring nurse that was able to explain several major considerations about my daily medication intake. She really made things easy even though my medical situation was and is complicated. Relatively soon I was able to feel better and move around a lot more as a result of their superior support. They always showed up on time and were always encouraging. I strongly recommend them.

The people here are full of passion and concern for their clients. My Dad needed physical therapy and a friend recommended inTouch. I told the doctor and they began service right after he was discharged. They let him use their walker and the therapist was awesome. I would use them again if needed and absolutely recommend them anytime. Awesome agency!
